SM Offices: Looking Back to 2018
SM Offices, the commercial property development and management arm of SM Prime Holdings Inc., celebrates the previous year’s milestones in its drive to create communities that suit both business and lifestyle needs.
ThreeE-Com Launch
SM Offices recently expanded its office portfolio with an additional 114, 000 sqm of gross floor area with the addition of the ThreeE-Com Center. It is 100% leased out to an e-commerce giant, a leading provider in the BPO industry, and an international terminal operator. This state-of-the-art building is designed by the renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica.
FourE-Com Topping Off
Another milestone for SM Offices is the topping off of the FourE-Com Center. Also designed by Arquitectonica, it will be composed of three adjacent towers. It is set to be the largest in the series of E-Com Centers. The first tower is expected to be completed by Q4 of 2019.
LEED Gold Certification
Aside from being accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, ThreeE-Com is the first office building of the Commercial Properties Group to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Gold property.
The FourE-Com Center is also being built to follow this standard of sustainable development. The U.S. Green Building Council also gave the property a pre-certification for LEED Gold.
3 million safe man-hour for FourE-Com
In building the latest in its portfolio, SM Offices together with EEI, has taken all the necessary steps to provide a safe working environment. By putting the safety of its workers first, the developer was able to add yet another milestone to its growing list.
SM CDO Downtown Tower Launch
Last October 17, SM Offices recently launched SM CDO Downtown Tower at the heart of Cagayan De Oro City. The building offers premier office spaces with state of the art facilities. With its connectivity to the mall, the property seeks to provide its tenants with ease of access to all their needs.
2018 Best Mixed-Use Development of the Year
Mall of Asia Complex has been given the recognition of Best Mixed-Use Project for Investment Opportunity. The award is given to properties that provide an integrated lifestyle where people can effortlessly work, and do the things they love in the same community.
