Business Mirror: SM Prime to launch new office buildings in Pasay
SM Prime Holdings Inc. on Wednesday said it expanded its office portfolio with the launch of office building ThreeE-Com Center, and the topping off of the FourE-Com Center at the Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex in Pasay.
Both buildings are designed by the renowned architectural firm, Arquitectonica.
These two new offices will add 114,000 square meters and 190,000 sq m of gross floor area, respectively, to the company’s growing office-building footprint.
